Sri Muppidi recently joined The Economist as a Marjorie Deane intern in the London office. She writes:
I’m grateful for the opportunity to write for The Economist, thanks to the support of the Marjorie Deane Financial Journalism Foundation. I’ve been an avid reader of The Economist and feel lucky to learn from such a talented team of journalists and editors. Prior to The Economist, I studied at Stanford University, earning a BA in economics and MS in management science and engineering, and completed internships at the World Bank, America’s Federal Reserve, the Reserve Bank of India, and America’s Department of State.
