In Spring 2021 NYU’s masters course in Business & Economic Reporting (BER) launched a new mentorship programme for its students. Built and run by Leah Duncan, a BER alumna and former Reuters news anchor, this initiative matches current BER students with working journalists who are graduates of the course. Mentors include alumni who now work at Bloomberg, the New York Times, the Wall Street Journal, the Financial Times, CNN, ABC News, Reuters, Forbes, and other business-news publications.
